1. Order Quantity For each order, the quantity shall be at least 500 Metric tons, up to 4000 Metric tons. Payment shall be settled upon each order on CIF basis. 2. Preferred Settlement price on CIF basis The settlement price per ton on CIF basis shall equal to Pricesgs-arrival - 20% negotiable ; where Pricesgs-arrival LME Copper Cash Price on the date of the issuance of SGS report at arrival port in China. 3. General Payment Structure 3.1 Buyer shall provide seller L/C with the value of the tonnage multiplies (Pricesign-date -20%), where Pricesign-date LME Copper Cash Price on the signing date of the Sale and Purchase Agreement. 3.2 Seller shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 2% of the face value of the L/C stated in 3.1 3.3 L/C shall be cleared only after the SGS report at arrival port in China proves that the copper meets the requirement that Purity is at least 99.98% and other contents are up to LME standards. If the copper SGS report is not up to LME standard, the copper shall be rejected and the Seller’s Performance Bond shall be taken 3.4 Upon clearance of L/C after issuance of SGS report at arrival port, If Pricesgs-arrival > Pricesign-date, the Balance shall be paid through TT within 5 working days.
