Buyer will furnish the LC banking instrument to enable Seller to ship the trial quantity of 1,000 MT payable at the buyer's port of discharge by Swift MT 103. After a successful trial deal, then the contract will be signed for the delivery of 1,000 MT X 12 Months that will require financial instrument of either DLC or SBLC against the Seller's 2% PB.
