PRICE: LME -9% (LME 92%) USD/MT, CIF BUSSAN or INCHEON, SOUTH KOREA. Incoterms 2010. INSPECTION: SGS/BV/CCIC or similar in Loading port. PORT OF LOADING: At Buyer option. PAYMENT: BG/SBLC irrevocable, non-transferable, confirmed from Primer 50 bank of the Word, 100% payable at sight against presentation of shipping documents and analytical quality and weight from the unloading port. GUARANTEE OF SUPPLY (PB): The maximum period of 5 days after signing the contract of sale timely, the Seller must open a P/B (2% of planned) per month. The P/B will be activated automatically by the Buyer to the issuance of the BG or SBLC. DELIVERY PORT ORIGIN: W ithin 35/45 days from receipt and confirmation of BG or SBLC.
